Does the Cobb AP V3 come with a catless dp fix? Help pls.

So here in the state of North Carolina, we don't have sniffer tests for emissions. Only OBD II tests. I want to run Active Autowerke catless downpipes, so im wondering if i have to buy the catless dp fix from VRSF. Can anyone tell me if the AP already has a dp fix installed? Thanks.

Cobb does not. Flash tuners can only delete the fault code, but not put the emissions in a ready state. You have to buy a dp fix, like VRSF or Wedge's
