Go for the BMC!

It is the best one out there, with proven dyno gains by a few members here.

wheres the best place to get the BMC filter drop in?
How do the gains differ between this drop in filter vs BMS filter kit?

I have K&N. Well known brand, and easy to find. Have had the filter running with my SSTT and it works well.

I have both K&N and ITG. They both work well. Where can I get a hold of a BMC filter?

No offence, but the OP's request was for the best "Panel Filter", not complete Air Intake System. As for the best in my eyes, it would have to be the STREAMLINEŽ SE Air Filter by Helene Performance. It will be available shortly and at a group buy price in the SPONSORS Classifieds/Groupbuys/Specials Area forum section.

I'm running this filter now and I wouldn't put anything else in my factory air box. I don't know if it's hit the market yet because I'm one of the beta testers, but I'm telling you that this filter has the best filtration with the best performance.

Sparky: Post has been deleted. I apologize for not realizing that he was only talking about Panel filters.

+1. I had the ITG Air Filter, and since replaced it with the BMC Air Filter; not sure if there's real gains or not, but seems decent. I would say wither the BMC Air Filter or the new Helene Streamline Air Filter would work well.

planning on getting k&n. wondering if there's any more spooling noise/exhaust note changes.
