Removed JB4 and Car No Longer Works

Removed the JB4 Tuesday, drove well for one day.

Wednesday afternoon the car immediately threw:
Tranmission Warning Codes
AC Turned Off
Radio/Iscreen Turned off
DSC codes and error
Finally, the transmission wouldn't get out of Park

So, I opened the hood, disconnected the entire DME, changed the relay in the DME box, and went over every area with a fine tooth comb. Once again,
No bent pins in the DME
All wires are properly snug
All changes required by the JB4, including that green/orange cord swap, was intact

So finally, I went to autozone and had them replace my battery for me. I used my bavarian technic cord and reset the ecu and cleared the ECU 10x. I also let the car run for 30 minutes and simultaneously erased codes as they kept coming back. No luck.

Waiting for my BMW Appt on Wednesday but any suggestions would be appreciated.

FIXED: Bad alternator. Voltage had spiked to 17.79 and was throwing bad generator codes and making everything else go haywire.

Glad it's fixed. Crazy how sometimes stuff happens at the same time but coincidences do occur.
