I recently removed iDrive from my 2006 330xi and replaced the "double scoop" dash with a "single scoop" dash. Accordingly, I am offering for sale the hardware that should be needed to retrofit a non-iDrive car, as follows:

• CCC / Navigation head unit
• iDrive controller
• CID – Central Information Display (screen)
• Double scoop dashboard (black)
• Center speaker grille (for double-scoop dashboard)
• Center speaker mounting bracket
• Center console trim with iDrive controller hole (brushed aluminum)
• Climate control bezel/trim for double-scoop dash
• CCC Fan
• LVDS Cable

You'll obviously need to obtain or build wiring to accommodate the new hardware. You'll also need the cooling hose and various screws (many of which you'll be able to source from your existing dash). I found Booster4075's retrofit DYI to be spot on (even though I was working in reverse). Coding will also be necessary.

Everything was in working order when I removed it last weekend.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm willing to ship at buyer's expense. Asking $400/obo for everything pictured.
