Try Piston Heads if no luck here. They have a legal sub forum with a few resident lawyers. They often advise on work related stuff.

Good luck mate.
I've been dealing with a lot of crap at work myself where I may need to consider legal action.

Cheers buddy, got it sorted in the end to some extent.

Contacted two lawyers last week both of whom were crap with their comms so I ditched em and went with a third who showed more interest.

Employment law is bizarre as I've found out so really hope you get a good outcome for yourself

Also... Not that I should be shocked but still... The lead solicitor at the firm I went with earns c. £610k a year and they all charge in 6 minute intervals.... I definitely went into the wrong industry!

Do you know how dull employment and corporate law is?

I work with our lawyers on certain banking contracts and am very thankful that I have them to fall back on as after an hr of looking at that shit I'm ready to jump off a building.

Seriously overpaid but you need to have a particular mind frame to be successful.

I suspect said contracts were drawn up by lawyers in the first place, so unsurprising that one would need to pay another lawyer to desipher the legalese

Bankers jumping from tall buildings.....mmm now there's a thought

I run my own business so have about 15 years of being on the other side. I tend to do the appeal hearings now - so don't get involved much at the initial stages. But have plenty of experience of doing them.

If there's anything i can help with. Fire away.

Thanks for the assist - i'm all sorted now. Was fairly straight forward and found what seems to be a good law firm locally.

Great support on here from you all, thanks once again
