335i E92 - smell, temperature, fan. Help.

Hello Gentlemen, tell me what is temperature switching on the fan? my fan comes from 240F. On the outside it is around 80F. My 335i in the city and the fierce drive reaches 248F. I have oil coolers. Above 3000 rpm, feels a slight smell of warm air. It persists for a second and goes. I do not have any errors in my computer. Please tell me, is there to worry about? Regards, James!
