How to ship body kit?

I've saved my Stillen body kit from my Maxima before the accident but now I'm wondering what method to wrap up the front chin spoiler when I sell it. Its a wrap around design and I no longer have the original shipping box. Because the pieces are already painted the paint will crack and chip if it is flexed too much. I've thought of checking out Ikea for discarded boxes but have found nothing that big. Any ideas?

The safest ways is build a wooden crade with 2X4 frame and 1/4" particle board panels.
