Where can I do 3rd gear pulls? San Diego area

Hey guys, I need to do some adaptation on my M, I need to find somewhere in SoCal to do 3rd to red line pulls without getting busted for 100+ in a 65. Any advice will help.

My first thought is early weekend morning in Camp Pendleton area (hwy 5)

I found a few places towards Mexico and Arizona. But a radar detector is highly recommended lol
