What Should I do?

Ok this is the fourth time that this kid excuse my language FUCKED with my car. The first time he put a rock on my car, no worries didnt scratch it, 2nd time he put some pebbles in my exaust, im guessing they shot out becuase im not having any problems, 3rd time he put his uncovered ass on my hood, now im driving home about to pull into my garage and see 3 pieces of gum on my hood! Are you serious is this kid a retard? What would you do, im contemplating going to the administration but dont want to be known for "ratting" on kids, because i dont but this is just outrageous. Can someone give me some ideas on how I should go about approaching this situation.

Context? Is this happening at a school (you said 'administration')? What is the relationship? Are you a teacher? How old is the 'kid'?

O sorry i thouhgt you guys knew i was 17. So im a student. Im friendly with the kid but he does mean crap all the time so i know he is doing this to be mean. This happens in the School Parking Lot AT school!

Park your car on a side street near school and call it a day before he ends up smashing your windshield (or worse) if you come after him.

It's a sin that you have to take this way out but out of spite he might cause more harm than just a few thing of gum on your hood if in fact you end up "ratting" him out.

I cant really park on a side street, good thought though, i go to private school and its not really located near side streets, mostly residential property around it. Im going to go to the Dean of Students and tell him what happend, hopefully they dont say sorry deal with it yourself.

But he does have a point, I would stop using the BMW for school runs if I could help it

Annoying as it may seem, just be thankful he hasn't done anything irrepairable that would scar your E90 for life - prolly the best thing to do is talk to him and just reach a compromise - diffuse the situation is probably better in the long run but giving him an arse whooping or retaliating, despite being the most gratifying of options, probably means you will have a nasty surprise the next time you walk upto your BMW

Going to the police may return the same results as retaliation - but then you would have it on record and the culprit would get into deep s**t for repeat harrasment/vandalism

Last time this happend someone told me to file a police report, isnt that a little harsh or going a little too far? Maybe just get a lawyer to write his family a letter saying if he doesnt stop vandalising my car we will file a police report?
