Best Atlanta Service Location

All,

I'm a F10 guy, but its a bit sparse on that side! All the service threads I searched were a bit old so I'm wondering who the best dealer in the Atlanta area for maintenance and service?

I've heard bad things about Global, but good about United & S. Atlanta. Mixed about Nalley.

I'd prefer United in Duluth or Nalley as they are easy for me to get to. Used to use United Roswell and it was great, but very busy and very hard since I don't work in Alpharetta anymore.

Anyone have any recommendations on a body shop as well? I need a bumper cover repair and minor paint correction.

I've been going to Global for 5 years. Always been pretty smooth. From my experience last week purchasing a car at United Roswell and my recollection of my sister's experience with service there, I will continue going to Global for service.

With my sister's E92, they (United Roswell) put her in a Sentra for a week for a repair that should have taken a day. With my wife's E90, she always received a BMW loaner (from Global) and had prompt service. We even got an Active5 hybrid once haha.

Thanks. Any suggestions on indie shops to do aftermarket installs?

I've heard great things about Solo Motorsports from friends that have gone there. Motorcars International is an indie that I've used a handful of times - really straight shooters, honest guys. Not sure if they're begin into installing aftermarket goodies though.

Markert Motor Works in Lawrenceville, Ga. They have a nice new facility and have experience in service & performance. They installed a Jb4 on my F30 and I love it! Down pipes next

Stay away from Nalley at ALL costs! Nothing but bad news every time I go there! Stick with United or S. Atlanta.

had an oil change at Global Imports two weeks ago and short a quart today...should've listen to my gut after reading some negative reviews from the last year or so. Probably going to try United Roswell next time.

Let's just say I went in for a routine service only to have them do $20k worth of damage to my car that they tried to cover up by blaming me. I had to hire an attorney to get things settled.

Hello! I've purchased 2 BMW's from Global Imports. They're good with deals. They sick with service. I take my servicing needs to United BMW of Gwinnett. It is currently called BMW of Gwinnett Place (recent name change). They mistreat your car over at Global Imports.

I know this is an old thread, but I've been using John, Josh and Michelle Anderson at Bavarian Motorcars in Cumming since I bought my E92 in 2006. They are family-owned, love what they do, and have always been honest with me. Services aside from maintenance and repair include coding and aftermarket part installs aside from something like Dinan Shockware which requires an authorized Dinan software provider (like United BMW).

I know exactly who you are talking about and they are as you say, honest and love what they do. I saw that you are in a 2017 340i. I'm currently in a '16 320i and will be out of lease end of the year. Just saw a '17 340i with M-sport package and track package at United Roswell. I wanted to get your opinion on the 340i.

I just posted in another thread about AutoHaus Social on Ponce de Leon and Boulevard for some mods I've had done and service.

Super convenient location in the city with a big lounge downstairs if you need to stick around to wait + competitive pricing for ATL. They also do monthly social events that are pretty badass w/ a bunch of euros and exotics.

Check'em out https://autohaussocial.com/
