Alarm sensitivity?
Well, I just got my TiAg 330i ZSP, ZPP, AS this weekend.
I had the dealer install the alarm before I picked it up. Has anyone else with the alarm noticed anything about its sensitivity? I armed the car while I was sitting inside, and I'm assuming there is a time delay because I had to wave my arms around for a couple minutes before the motion sensor caught it and it went off. Also, I grab the car from the wheel well and rock it up/down, back/forth as much as possible and the alarm still doesn't go off. How sensitive is the tilt sensor? Do you actually have to change the angle of the car that significantly? How sensitive is everyone else's alarm? Thanks. |

Mine was factory fitted but a couple of weeks ago it actually went off when I opened the boot with CA (the rest of the car was locked). So it must be fairly sensitive

Only time that it's gone off was at the dealership when I was trying it out.
