Why did you choose the 3-series over its competitors?

For what reason did you choose the 3-series over all the other competent cars out on the road?

Because it's the ultimate driving machine.

I didn't even test drive anything else.

Very true! I've always loved BMW; I can't compare anything else to them.

I'd say because of the way it drove, that isn't really an option so I said all of the above.

Nothing else drives, looks, feels like a E90. I gotta call this a no competition.

The 3 Series is King of the hill for many wonderful years to come.

I honestly wanted a truck but my wife hates them. Also, I had been researching the E90 since b4 it came out. I was emailing my dealer about the E46 while I was still in Iraq and on one of the last emails she wrote that there was going to be a new one.

That was all she wrote!!!!!

Did not even bother to test drive when I ordered it (American Specs was not out yet)

I was looking for a new daily driver, and I saw an advertisement for a lease deal on the BMW that looked interesting. I went to www.bmwusa.com and built a car, then submitted a credit application. It was approved the next day, and I went down to the dealership to test drive a car. I leased it immediately. I didn't even test drive anything else.

That would be stupid to spend $30k+ for a 2 inch piece of plastic. Hopefully you really wanted the car that was attached to it, not the badge.

People do it all the time. Just like people buy cars simply for 3-pointed stars.

If that's the case, I will remove the badge from my car and sell it right now for $20,000. That's a pretty good deal, don't you think!

And then I can put it on my Accord and save myself the extra 10-20 grand which I was planning to spend.

Man, I never knew such great deals were available on the internet.
