Auto X'ing a lambo and why not my dsm...

GF got me a lil surprise today and i thought I'd share some pics. Got to auto cross a Gallardo and really feel the power, torque, suspension beyond many things a Lambo can offer. It was fun; I do have to say it felt heavy. Then they let me test my dsm on the track which was very fun too. Wish I had the e90 with me for some fun too.

I drove the same car a month ago when they were here.

Hopefully you didn't waste your money on all of the extra insurance "protections."

It was fun, but only worth the Groupon rate at most. I'm glad I went with the Gallardo as our course was slightly damp, so the AWD was making a big difference (F430 was all over the place).

That is awesome, I have been tempted to do this locally... it is like $150 bucks for a few laps in a Lambo, Ferrari and some other exotic.

... DSM!!! Diamond Star Motors FTW! Haha, I grew up in the 90s and had myself a 2nd gen eclipse, full bodykit and all... paul walker would've been proud.

... In all seriousness, those 4g64 turbo motors were no joke... for like $3000 bucks my buddy had a 1st gen AWD eclipse that put down over 400HP to the wheels... that thing was a go-kart!

Most def fun cars. My suspension is not setup for autox racing but it was still fun! its got the 4g63 but sadly fwd =/ . Still fun, yeah this was a groupon. I should say I wish it was more than 3 laps but oh well.

You are correct, I did not buy any of the extra stuff, for 3 laps it is def not worth it. The drive was very fun, if only it was more than 3 laps. I agree the awd and the torque were awesome.
