I think they will...I hate both wheels that currently come on the M3. I spoke to the dealer today about changing the wheels to M5 wheels on my order and they are looking at it...I will let you know what they will say and how much it will cost.

M3 factory fitment is 19x8.5 ET29 and 19x9.5 ET23. Factory M5 fitment is 19x8.5 ET12 and 19x9.5 ET28. The front will be too aggressive, the rear will sit in slighly more. Hope this info helps.
