M3 offset. Need help!

I'm running 19x9 et18 and 19x10 et25 with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 tires. Rolled the fender and rears are still rubbing. Is there any way I can do so rears will not rub or just get new rims with the right offset?

my situation may not apply because im on a pre 2007 e90 and we have more room in the rear. im running same front 235/35/19 but my rears are 255/30/19 on oem 359 and the only time i rub slightly is when i have a full load other than that nothing.
Im also lowered and running PSS.

i know different tires have different sidewall so you can look into running different tires or else different size.

also something to note... my wheels have an offset of 31 in the front and 25 in the rear. so i am not sure what m3 offset you are running.

i used to run style 95's with the offset of 24 all around, i ran 225/35 and 255/30. once again only rubbed when i had a full load or on big dips.
