Theoretically, what would happen if you used the SSTT and the Dinan
at the sametime? What would happen? Too much boost? CELs? Just curious.....

Not too quick aboard the failboat.
Unlike dem uder piggies (the way I understand it) the SSTT tricks the TMAP sensor into reading a higher altitude which in turn causes the ECU to compensate by calling for more boost. Would a Dinan flashed ECU not put reasonable limits on total boost at high altitudes? Could a dummied down SSTT be used for just one more psi of boost? I don't think anyone is planning on trying it. It's just a theoretical discussion. |
