Who bought what non-RFT? Opinions?

My OEM Conti RFTs are about gone and I'm looking for recommendations for non-RFTs (2007 328i - 25k miles). Roads are bad here, so ride comfort and quiet are primary considerations. Thanks!

I went to GY F1 GS D3's and they are much better than the RFT's. As soon as I can, I will be replacing this set with PS2's or similiar.

GY EAGLE F1 All Season (GY has a $50 mail in rebate right now). Quieter, smoother ride, better mpg, excellent traction in rain, good traction dry. Overall very positive and happy with them. I got the Continental Comfort Kit ($79 tirerack) as well in case of a flat. Good luck...

I got the Kumho Ecsta ASX. Same price as the SPT, but supposedly a lot more tread life since they are all seasons. Great bang for the buck and if you damage one, it doesn't cost $200-300 to replace.

Michelin PS2 here. Noisy a bit, but sticky as hell, but I think I haven't discovered america by saying that. Had them though a bit, so opinion may change as they wear in. But I heard if you push them, they wear quickly on rears. So not most durable and pricey option, but I say if you always must buy best tyres for your needs, never spare cash on this item. Overall though, PS2s are pretty much in the top of the crop.

go here, http://ssl.delti.com/reifendirekt-en/start.html and pick the tyres you like, model, brand, etc. there you will have german TUV or ADAC ratings on all sorts of tyres, they are very accurate and helpful.
