Back to square one after V2 2/26 map install!

Yup , getting the stupid half engine light !I was runing 12/11 map for at least a good 3 months which had cured this problem . I never once got the limp mode to come on and it was runing fine . After reading about this new firmwear(v01 -v03beta) and file (2/26) , wanted to give it a shot . I do have to admit that I had forgotten to disconnect the battery when installing new file . So , I went ahead and just disconnected the battery for about an hour . I will let you guys know if that cured the problem . Oh BTW , limp mode was coming on at WOT from second to third and third to fourth . What I noticed , this time the car was not hesitating or stuttering or even idling bad when slowing down to reset half engine .

Few things to go over with you. First, make sure you did the firmware update with the engine OFF (but ignition ON). Also, make sure you are running the right version of the map (6AT or 6MT). Beyond that, there are a few other things to go over. Fill out a tech callback request from our website and one of us can call you and go over things. Or you can just post up here, gets tons of suggestions and take a stab at solving it yourself

My car is pullig harrrd!! at 90% it feels stronger than 12/19 at 95%. I was happy with the old map, but after 2/26 adapts, the car feels batter. More tq down low and holding power all the way through redline.
Also feeling an aditional bit of power after 5500 rpms
Cant whait till v2.1, Im holding the installaton of RR dp, UR cai, and Forge dv till v2.1, but I dont know if I can hold to long

install the intake and the DV's...why wait for the v2.1...I understand the DP's waiting, but the other two should be installed as soon as possible

My V.2.02/02.26 or whatever the name is runs great in my car. After data logging, I am at 94% and the car pulls hard in a very linear way.

Max boost is 14.8. 14.9.

Very happy.

Push the start button twice with out touching the brake...if auto...or clutch if manual. All lights on dash will light up.

Torque settings havn't touched , but let me tell you the car runs alot stronger than before . I installed it just like instructions explained . weird part is , I heard no knocks , pings or even any hesitaions .

Update with engine on?

Shiv - Is there an issue if we do the update with the engine on? I noticed that the only way to connect to my Procede was by turning the engine on rather than just ignition being on. Haven't been able to connect unless I do so.

If I were to go back to my original 12/11 map , would I have to switch to v01-02 or this new one (v01-03) will accept it ?

When updating the firmware the ignition needs to be on, engine off. You'll know your ignition is on because your fuel gauge needle will move to the correct fuel amount. Upload firmware at this time. After the firmware has updated the procede will do a quick reboot and it will be back online. At this time upload the 2-26 map. Done! No need to disconnect the battery.

I don't see anything related to this that is unanswered. Perhaps the server sent your mail to the spam folder. Go ahead and send me a PM, and we will get this sorted out.

Waiting for V2.1 No other modifications other than Procede and my car runs great! ... other than a shudder or two once in a while. V2.1 is looking good and I'm glad that most of the issues are getting resolved for you guys with DP's and Intakes.
