Garage List
You're not supposed to reverse into a 'bush'... you're supposed to go in forwards!

(Sorry about the damage tho).

Not good, especially as BMW rear bumpers are £700 odd + paint.

Don't worry about. I still have damage from an Austrian boulder from about 2 years ago on mine! How we manage to do these things with parking sensors and even a camera amazes me :

That's what I'm thinking. Just go to chips away or are there other companies I should consider?

I'd try a local dealer, their body shop will be able to do it or they'll recommend someone who does their smart repairs.

I already went to Coopers bodyshop for an estimate, waiting to hear back.

Went to another bodyshop who said £215 +vat

That doesn't sound too bad, in and out on the same day or do they need it over night to cure the paint?

Sounds like they'll be taking the bumper off then.

Yes because the parking sensor is close so has to come out.

man maths required.. tell her indoors you got a quote but the dealer said the scratch has significantly increased the risk of a crash and that you need to upgrade to an M3 saloon which is more safe

Yeah as above, with damage like that you need to be getting out of it and in to a new car.

Just had some smart repairs done on my rear bumper at the local dealer and it was done in one day. I was very impressed with it

My son reversed my Z4 into the neighbours car.

The damage to my rear bumper was significantly worse than yours plus they had to fit a metal plate/guaze to repair the crack in the bumper.

All in I paid 220 pounds at the local Chips Away. I was well chuffed with the repair.

I'd use him again.
