HEX Tuning Software - Coming to Houston this Thursday / Friday

We just wanted to announce here in the regional forum that we'll be coming to Houston this Thursday the 2nd and Friday the 3rd for the first stop of our HEX Tuning - Summer Flashing Days event.

We'll be on-site at Motorwerks of Houston / Motorwerks AG offering same day ECU and TCU Software upgrades for all BMW (F8x) M3/M4 cars.

If you haven't had a chance to red up on all of the features and benefits, as well as the reaction by the rest of the community who has been waiting for an alternative software solution to the common "piggy back" options currently on the market, read about it here: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1258574

If you want to save yourself some time and get down to the nuts and bolts of what we're offering, just scroll down...

We do hope to meet some of you in person at the event!

Sorry guys.

We announced the event with such short notice that a number of customers we had lined up couldn't get the time off work to make a Thursday or Friday appointment.

We are looking to reschedule for another Thursday/Friday, or possibly a Wednesday/Thursday, but obviously with more advanced notice. (tentatively we are looking at the week of the 13th - 17th)

The best way to ensure a date that's sooner than later is to contact us directly so that we can help you set up an appointment with Motorwerks of Houston.

Agh, I'm still in break-in too. We have been getting hammered with rain, wouldn't be a bad idea to wait until next month when it should start to dry up.

Awesome!

We have our minimum number of interested customers, and are looking at the 8th and 9th, which is next Thursday and Friday.

In order to lock those dates in, we need the interested customers to make their appointment with Travis at Motorwerks Houston sometime today or over the weekend.

If we can't lock in the 8th and 9th, the next available date will be after the 4th of July.

The pricing at the top of the page is MSRP and does not include shipping.

Shipping costs will be determined by the folks at Motorwerks Houston.

Please let them know which ECU Software Stage Level you are interested in, and whether you (DCT owners) are also interested in the TCU Software, and they can give you the labor cost when you may your appointment.

First car is underway now!

Should be able to hear it running within the next couple hours.
There's also still spots available to get your own car flashed once you fall in love with it!

I was able to get the flash done while VF Engineering was in town this past week, I met Nik from the VF team. Travis at motorwerks should have the flash tools this next week, those guys are really legit!

This flash is incredible, I mean the power is instant and the car has literally come to life. I've only driven the car twice briefly once in efficient and once in sport mode. Sport mode took me by surprise when i was trying to overtake someone on the freeway. Even in efficient mode that car is considerably faster, I mean words can't accurately describe the joy i have in driving my car now.

Initially the car felt a little sensitive, i mean a slight tap on the pedal and the car lunges forward. I'm sure that will get better once i get used to the new power the car has. I think everyone should consider this tune, it is simply amazing and I am extremely happy i got this tune.

I will try sport+ tomorrow night, i can't imagine what that will feel like.

I will also try to dyno the car in the next few weeks

Travis installed stage 1 for me today and it's amazing. Like driving a new car. I am going to have to be more careful now with all this power.

I felt the same way, and still find myself being a little cautious!
