M2 with M Performance Exhaust: cold start sequence (3 videos).

The car is stock (stock midpipe and downpipes - no tune).

Wow!!!! I will say being indoors will amplify that sound but it was glorious nonetheless.

Question - what is the difference between video #1 and video #2 (with the sexy pop)

I always thought I'd understand Flemish, but this animal is called a 'Jawadde'?

Met de hartelijke groeten van uw Noorderbuur.

In The Netherlands 'Loeki de Leeuw' would say "Asjemenou !".

Some more Dutch childhood days nostalgia for fortysomethings: Zoef De Haas (Vroom The Hare ?).

Artemis I am going to be at Gran Turismo Spa next week, want to meet up? I will be there on the 11th and 12th.

Let's see who is louder in the morning.... Mine sounds like a fighter bomber starting up. It is extremely loud

Undoubtedly your car featuring the full Akra line (likely also with Akra DPs) will be more brutal than the car sporting the MPE with stock DPs. You win hands down (and ears open) !

Got 'Jay Oh Bee' obligations to comply with. But during the mid October weekend - if the weather is OK - I might be hanging out in my favorite Dolomites twisties to stress out. As Sharon Redd sings: "There's a time for work and time for play. Let's get it straight." Enjoy your stay at Spa.

Artemis When driving, do you have a drone with your MPE at 2750-3250 RPM? It happens to me flaps open or closed and under basically any acceleration.

Important question. Will your valves randomly close by itself after you open the valves manually? My MPE has this problem.

Closed = default mode. Once opened, they stay open until either you close them by pushing the remote, or by shutting off the engine.

I didn't try yet what happens when the Auto Start/Stop function is active and the engine stops at, say, the traffic lights. Likely the valves close too then.

Maybe low battery of your remote ?

You should scoop up one of our Sport Cat Downpipes! Then that thing will really sound like a beast!

As regards aural pleasure, the M2 MP Exhaust with stock DPs strikes the right balance for me. No need to 'go to 11'.

Understandable! Adding the Sport Cat won't take it to 11 though. It is 100% a daily driveable setup.
