F30 320d question?
I made a post in the main forum, I got pointed in this direction. I picked up my used F30 back in December and I am in love with the car. It makes me just as happy now as the day I picked it up.
http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...php?p=20015480 I would love it if you guys could look through the post above and have any input ^^. And before anyone asks I have a 320d as I live in Portsmouth, I rarely drive on the motorway and don't really feel the need for a 335/340 but from what I see on this forum the performance and power is so much better and I am keen to try it.....maybe depending on cost. Also does anyone else have a F30 on PCP finance in the UK, I have mine on a 3 year deal and I am 6 months in. Not sure to upgrade/mod this car or just wait out time on the PCP and hit the 24-30 months range and trade the car back in and spec out a 335 or a 340? Also if I stick with this car, this is the upgrades I am looking to add first. What is the rough cost of: Spoiler M Performance side skirt decal Front bumper lip What do you guys think, I would love to hear from you. Last edited by CazuaLLUK; 05-29-2016 at 07:58 AM.. |

Hello. 6 months into a pcp is not very long but there are others on here who can work out how much it would cost to exit early or enter into a new one.
As for no needing a 335d or 340, don't be daft of course you do! As for mods look for 2nd hand bmw wheels which may or not be new, full price new from bmw will be commically expensive. For any other bits search on here and you should find where people got good deals from. |

Btw I have no advice on your specific questions but you seem to think we would look down on your 320d. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's for all of us to get the car that's right for us and within our budget. Besides, you'll find nobody here who has anything but praise for the 20d engine. Except the sound it makes.

I love my 320d, I can only imagine the feeling of driving a fully spec'd out model. Thanks for your post though. |

Welcome to the forum! Whenever I see Portsmouth it always reminds me of "Joanna's".....what a place!
Anyway, in terms of cars. The 320d is a good engine. My wife has 120d and it does the trick. Power and speed are addictive....the more you have, the more you want! Stick with your car. Enjoy it and do some of the mods you mention. New wheels would be a good start. Let us know what you are thinking of doing. There is loads of good advise on here....but it can be costly! |
