So I know most of us who live in the city have seen the green lines, yellow lines and quite a few of the red lines as well meaning heavy traffic. Today I saw black traffic lines for the first time ever. According to where I was which was stand still traffic, I'm assuming it means don't bother leaving your homes because you'll never reach your destination and slowly you'll decompose into nothingness. It's been a sad day on the road today.....

I thought the black told you what side of the road the delay was on?

It's been the first time I've ever seen black lines and I work in Wembley so regularly see the red and yellow ones. Never black...

Black lines means no traffic flow. The road is closed as can be seen by the black circles on the map.

Yep, white circles and roads with black lines are road closures. That said, last time there was a white circle on the map on the A27 at Chichester, I drove straight past the spot and there was no sign of any problems.

Had that many times! Another reason to completely ignore the BMW traffic!
