Does anyone else hate their SA
What are you talking about? I just told you yesterday & days before that your car is PRIORITY ONE. ANY CUSTOM OR FACTORY ORDER IS PRIORITY ONE! Whoever is telling you this information other wide, are incorrect. If they have any questions have them call me. You need to relax, like I have mentioned everyone here in my department is aware that you’re excited about your BMW. But emailing me the same questions again & again, after I just explained to you what is the status or scenario with your order…. panicking if your car is here yet is not going to make it here any faster. You have the same access as I do.
Trust me, I want you to take delivery of your dream car but you had your chance with the 1st factory & you passed on that. So please bear with me & be very patient. YOUR CAR WILL BE HERE THIS MONTH. Sincerely, Donabelle Esposo MY RESPONSE Thanks…you say I had my chance on the first order….i received bad information from your service guys…that is why I reordered the car and then realized that the reorder was necessary…do not pass the blame to me…it was your dealerships fault not mine….for futures sake you should advise your clients to check out the forums www.e90post.com . They will actually find legitimate information there. Sorry to keep emailing you….i know I have been a pain in your ass….sorry for that….You are totally correct….knowing where the car is or whats going on with it will not make it come faster…The only thing that information does is comfort me….i guess it gives me some control of whats going on with my dream car….sorry to bother you Dona… Thanks... what a freakin' bi#$%....heaven forbid a consumer ask some questions |

Dude, I am totally with you on this one. Luckily, I dealt with South Bay BMW (also in Torrance), and the guy there, Steve Marks was awesome! I bothered him all the time but he was a real gentleman.
We are spending like 50k on these products.... They should show us big time But when you get your E90, all your pain and anger will melt away... Heaven on 4 wheels.. that is an E90. |

First of all, are you complaining about your SA (service advisor) or your CA (client advisor)? If you are still waiting for delivery of your car, then I don't see how the SA would be involved.
It seems that although she is not handling your anticipation and eagerness very well, you are also expecting too much. I also like information, and I even joked about having them turn on the BMW Assist locator while my car was in transit so I could track its every move, but you have to remember that information - even to the dealership is going to be limited. The tracking of a car is milestone based. That means that at various steps along the journey there are updates made to the location and ETA of the car. Other than that and some educated guessing, they don't know that much. Sounds like you need to chill out and find something to occupy your attention until your car arrives. She is right that nothing is going to speed up the process. I have previously documented on this forum how great my CA (Stephanie) is. She sold me two cars this past year and was amazing. She has become a great friend. One reason is because she is on top of her game and anticipates her customers needs, the other is because I don't mind if she says "take a pill dude" if I'm getting anxious or ranty. A relationship cannot be one way. You need to show respect and patience. Press only when you must, and know that you only get so many of those. Sounds like you're starting your relationship out on the wrong foot. Good luck with your experience... but take a deep breath.

i live in Canada, and i asked dealerships about the 335, they say no such thing.
But anyways, i think Dealerships should speak in a Warmer tone. I mean, they seem like they're treating u as a kid. But you spend SO much $$$ on these BMW, as a costumer, you're ALWAYS right. so, cheer up, all pain will be gone when you get your car. I remember when i got mine, hehe, treat that E90 like my own son, or even better. haha |

She is kinda harsh, but I can't judge her completely without seeing all your emails to her. Everyone, no matter how perfect they strive to be has limits.
It's human nature to want what you've purchased, but you have to show some maturity here. what I (and ALOT of other people here) did to help pass time was to be online here. We are your surrogate family, better to bitch to us than piss off your SA and start a reputation at the dealership where your gonna want a good relationship. Most of us here understand the wait your going thru, hang in there! Danny

LEDZEP....i understand your response....i guess i should have given more background information....I email her once to see if the car was at the port and then again to see when it would get to the VDC....thats it....she has been short with me since the begining....i think her managers went off on her becuase she f'd up my first order...anyway...i am fine now....
My main problem was that she shows absolutly no respect....like all of the sudden i owe her something for getting the car of my dreams....seriously since i was ten i have wanted a BMW...now just turned twenty four...and lots of hard work...i'm ready....and this is the s&#% i get...she knows the story...i will post the story of this car when i get it.... thanks |

Hoos - that does make some difference. She makes it sound like you email her 4 times a day. BTW - I used to email Stephanie 6 times a day when my cars were in transit. She never complained once. Now that I have both cars, I email her 10 times a day because she has become a good friend.
So, in that case - show that bitch the back of your hand. How about this one: say to her "just because you settled for that face doesn't mean I should settle for a car that wasn't what I ordered". You might want to tell her that you've been practicing saying the word "two".

By the way - I'm pretty sure she's the CA not the SA.
And we all know what the "C" stands for.

I tracked my cars every move with the help of this forum thru the 800#, ship tracker, cargo tracking... I new better then to bother my CA for information that I would like, but did not need. He has more to do then reply to email after email after phone call. If you are reading this forum you as much as you say. You would be able to tell your CA the location of your car anytime from production thru transport. I made contact with my CA two times. Once to get the production number, and again this week to let him know it was in transit to his sales center.

It is VERY hard waiting for your car to arrive. Perhaps it was made a little easier for me since I was driving an e46 whilst waiting for my E90. For others, with the E90 being their first BMW, I can only cast my memory back to 1991/92 whilst waiting for my e36.
I didn't hassle my Sales Guy though. I just waited impatiently for the car to arrive. It was VERY hard to wait. I understand where you are coming from Hoos, but back in '92, E90post didn't exist to add to the hype. I just continued along my merry way. Only days to go now. So keep on scouring e90post for some assistance to help you through this traumatic time. All the best
