have i got HDD in f30?

hi guys, i have 2013 bmw f30 , i have sat nav , a usb port in glove box and armrest, i have never seen the import option on my music, i have updated software through armrest but still nothing, when i plug usb into glovebox it cannot even recognise the usb stick , but it all fine through armrest, i do not have the music collection option on my idrive so im guessing its a different edition to others?

Use a VIN lookup tool to see what options you have.

If you have it, you should see the option when you insert a CD. The glove box USB isn't a general purpose port. Only used for upgrades and I think for transferring files to the HDD if you have one.

If you have the larger screen (pro nav) then you have it. If you have the small screen (business nav) then you do not.

As Fronzdan states, the usb in the glovebox is only for updates and charging.
