dynoing the car tomorrow w/ new mods....what do you think I'll hit?

Going back to the same dyno that I hit 349whp w/ just V2 and Helix Intercooler. Now I have UR catless downpipes and UR intake. V2 will be set at 90% vs the 95% it was at for the 1st run.

On the 1st runs, car hit 13psi....we'll see what it does tomorrow.

Any guesses on whp? Temps should be about the same, only this time I'll actually have a fan pointed at the intercooler.

95% down to 90% is a big drop.. you might make just about the same as you were at 95%.. not sure about that though.. the catless might help about +15, and the intake might help +8.. I'm guessing about 355-360 with 95%?? and maybe 365 on 90%?

really? are you on 95% or 90% currently?.. I thought you said your first test was 95%.. maybe the higher % isn't really better?

Depends on how much boost you lost going from 95-90%. I predict +15whp.

It's strange how variable people's boost levels are at different UT settings. Some people see spikes over 20 psi if they turn it up to 95%, some are at 15psi at 90%, some aren't at 15pis at 100%.

I was on 95% before, after putting on my downpipes I left it on 90% and the car has been very happy.

exactly, I never saw above 13.5psi on anything between 90-95% before.

hehe, nice try.. if that was the case, I can be hitting 380rwhp too.. I'm more estimating mine to be 360 rwhp.. 380 would be nice though.. maybe once I switch to JB2 I can make that.. This Friday a secret meeting with Terry... do we get a prize if we win?

so far...

current : 349 rwhp
E82tt6 has +15 rwhp
michsu has +16 rwhp (90%) , +10 rwhp (95%)

haha.. ok, we will see.. let's tell the dyno guy to put a limit on 16.04 rwhp.. so the max you can see is that but it will be interesting to see what happens with the difference of 90% and 95%.. I had my procede set at the default 90%, and I had wanted to change it.. maybe changing it too high is a bad idea then? but seriously though.. I hear people are having trouble going over 360 rwhp?.. something like that in the other posts.. maybe it is stuck around there for a bit, then it goes up again?

Where did you get the 13.5 boost from? I hope you are not gonna tell me the logging software... If you dont have a gauge you're the one thats screwed... I ran V2 on 88% with catless DP's and hit 24psi punching it from 3000rpm in 4th gear... This was all on a gauge not the software...

so another reason to switch to JB2... hehe.. but I have heard a lot of "boost" problems going on with Procede.. the software not logging anything above 16 (some even mid 15s).. but usually the boost guage usually is never wrong..

"Going back to the same dyno that I hit 349whp w/ just V2 and Helix Intercooler. Now I have UR catless downpipes and UR intake." According to Sniz's original post, he should have them installed.. otherwise he wouldn't be running another dyno

bingo

we'll see tomorrow I suppose. Judging on the way the car feels, i'm guessing 375whp.
