looks like it's gonna rain and some of us can't make it. that's me.
we want to do this in the next couple months. would be really fun.



there are a couple of us 1ers going to be heading to the Pittsburgh raceway park on May 6th for the test and tune from 5pm to midnight. was wondering if anyone else would be interested in meeting up there? would be cool to meet some people from the forums. there will be at least 4 1ers and a 335 or x1, he's undecided still.
come out and hangout or make a couple passes. or just sit back and take in the hilarity of me trying to get my feet to cooperate and use the 2 step rev limiter and no lift shift. might be grinding once or twice. haha.
where are all the Pittsburgh people at?

I posted over on 1addicts too, but yeah I'll be there. Looking forward to it. Supposedly there's a group of Subaru guys going too right? That should make for some friendly competition.

yep. talked to a few local Subaru/Evo guys. some pretty big awhp claims. well see how it goes. one of them said tpg tuning from Blairsville might bring some cars out. but that's through the grape vine so who knows.

Ive been to PRP a few times over the past three years. Havent been there since the beginning of last year but definitely itching to get there sometimes this year.

Be nice to see some more BMWs there, its mostly always camaros, mustangs, and vettes.

Wife and I just had just had our first kid on the 12th, if I do show up Ill be the black 335 with a car seat in back, lol.

lol nice! congrats! my 1er had a car seat in the back for the first year. make sure to put a blanket behind it to combat those dents and marks it will put in the leather!

nice. I would like to see that as well. be cool to see the e90 vs the e82 with both pure stage 2. and then also how my stock snail n54 stacks against them. I'm up near state college but we can shoot you a text when we head out to the track that Friday. planning on being there around 530. that will make 4 e82 and 3 e90 so far. not to shabby of a turn out. looking at the 100mph club list, I think there are going to be a lot of BMW's on that list after the 6th. haha

I know a lot of people arent vargas fans but i have some vtt gc on order, should be here in a few weeks. Once installed, plan on tuning and limiting power to 550/550 and we will see how long it will take for any awd components to explode.

that's pretty cool. I hate vargus because the obvious but tuning and going big is pretty cool no matter the brand. gonna be a pretty wicked ride when it's done.

When did you order your Vargas? Buddy had got Vargas stage 2, took 4 months... Every week was oh, this week, shope flooded... New excuse exery week
Once received, installed, week later blew... Says didn't use the right oil. They have a new disclaimer that voids warranty. Buyer beware....

Thanks for the heads up but I didnt actually pay cash for my gcs. I won a golf tournament awhile ago and won a 2 day m driving school cert and a few other things. We bartered and I transfered him the class for the turbos. So technically I am not out any money but I have some leverage in that if I dont get the turbos I will rescind the class directly with Bmw.

To answer your question it was about 4 weeks ago I ordered and knew it would take about 2 to 3 months to get.
