M3 vs....... Z06
Post away, im offered a Z06 for $950 a month lease with 1k down. that thing seems very tempting since I have been reading M3 numbers in 1200-1300 which is ridiculous for a 3 series even if it has a jet engine

Seems like a good deal.
In that case I may recommend as first song in the new ride: Best regards, south

Umm, I just drove the Z06, not half an hour ago..
It's a monster, a bit unnerving on the road although its looooads of fun with all that torque. Might want to go drive one before you make that choice, specially if youre going to be driving the car everyday. The Z is loud and uncomfortable but man is it fast. The M is quiet and comfortable, but nowhere as dangerous. If it's raw speed you're after, get the Z. If you want everything else, get the M. |

Well said. Z06 is definitely not a daily driver.

This is what test drives are for. I was seriously considering the Z for my next car instead of the M and after today's drive, that is no longer a question. Definitely going with the M, however I too I'm having second thoughts due to the $1300/m lease options. I'm considering not buying an M at all because of this.
