It appears he wants the payment to be sent as gift which cannot be disputed. That's qualifies for being shady given his first post.

i never asked to be sent as a gift? in any way and you can post the messages, i refunded your money instantly and was reasonable with you... no way shady you sent the payment in a way i was not use to thats all and i refunded.. simple as that

i never said i didn't the way he sent it i just have never gotten it before as i am new to Paypal and the forum so i refunded it... i never ever once asked him to be sent as a gift... and like i said he can post the msgs i was reasonable and refunded his money.. so i am not sure what the issue is and why he made the post about me only wanting sent as a gift.
