Taking a Boost Break for the time being.

So im sure some of you guys have heard of my wastegate issue and probably have heard/seen the video Basically, if the dealership decides to fix it(replace to turbo/wastegate actuator) then i think i should lay off any engine modifications for awhile until things get settled down and BMWNA releases a reason for some of the 335i's experiencing this problem. But, soon enough ill be back on some real boost (probably running Helix Attache or AA active processor)

So what should my next mods be (excluding tune/dps/dv's/cai)? More on the lines of SSK, Cosmetics, Rims, ect? I have some things in mind, but wanted some more opinions and options before i start shopping

hope they fix yer problem man. Thats bs that they tried to blame it on the 2nd cat delete. If they cant prove it then they have no case. Thats why I hate that all BMW dealerships are franchised instead of corporate. I would go for the the UR catless downpipes. Gives u nice power and wicked throttle response.

AU In the meantime run the SSTT its easy to remove.. I run it while waiting for issues to be resolved and then go back to the hair tonix when all is good.

probably not a bad idea for you to lay off the boost for while considering your experience as of late.
as far as next mods, rims would be a logical route, although i like the stockers with a drop. LM's never hurt an e92, and while it seems like everyone on this forum is getting them, how many people in Alabama have them? Those new Linea Corsa's that the wheeldude is sporting are a really good looking take on the LM's. CSL's are always safe as well.

Yeh, i was literally days away from buying the AA active processor and still am on the list for the Attache. It sucks, but i am finally going to get some aftermarket rims, so i guess that will keep me happy for awhile...haha. I am going cosmetic just for a bit. But yeah, a month sounds like a joke, but you probably will be right. I dont know how long i can last, especially going from 100oct JB2HR w/ CAI to completely STOCK...

Going from JB2HR and CAI to stock is BIG... Thats an adjustment and I think the rims will keep you busy for a week or two, but the way the car drives stock will be very disappointing and will make u DISGUSTED!!!

Give your wastegates a rest. Don't deploy them. The less you use them the better you feel

It would be hard to pinpoint who you are and they don't designate people to search for other people on the threads. It would cost more to hire people to look for faulty warranty claims on internet threads than to just do the work. It would also be easily dismissable in court. My little borther likes to type things while I am gone, I don't know what a JB2 is? Not that simple, but you get the point.

Then there is always my signature, which probably wouldn't hold up in court either, but is more there for shits and giggles.
