3.5 bar tmap sensor vs 4 bar?
Both the 3.5 and the 4bar map sensors are the same price. Is there any benefits from one or the other? Which one should I buy? I'll never boost over 30psi and I know the 3.5 bar is good to 36psi.

I got the 4 bar as it was half the price of the 3.5.

I believe the stock tmap sensor is a 2.5 bar so it's good to about 21psi.

3000GT MR What say you? I read somewhere the N20 3.5 sensors that people were using were having issues.

Cory S & pits200 What all is needed beside the 3.5 TMAP? A new o ring? Extended bolts? A harness?

Not a thing. New sensor comes O-ring, and you can re-use the existing screws. I modified the harness and inside the connector with a Dremel.

Well shit, I can't find any info except here. Thanks. I will get the 3.5bar instead of the 4 bar. I keep hearing the 4bar may or may not have bolt issues depending on chargepipe you have.

No. Only the 4 bar is good for 40psi. But I don't know of ANYONE running 40psi on the N54

The 4 bar from BMS is cheaper than the 3.5 and comes with 2 o rings depending on your chargepipe. I have the cpe so the black o ring fit fine. Comes with the harness you need. But get whatever one you want.
