Just installed the BMS filter kit!!!!

Ok, first off, this is probably the easiest mod I have ever done it my life. Changing my fog light bulbs was harder then this....

Secondly, the throttle response and turbo spool (sound) is amazing! Keep in mind my car is completely stock so to hear turbo spool is pretty nice.

All in all it is a great mod and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good air filter. I will take some sound clips later on today if I can....

Thanks T for another great product....

how does that get power?

Looks like that thing would suck in all the hot air?

Looks interesting.

Same question as above. It looks like it'll suck in a shyt load of air, but most of it is going to be hot air no? Idlling in the summer this things gonna be fucked. lol

When idling for a while any intake will be pretty screwed if its setup that way!!! Even our UR's the piping will get real hot, but not as hot as intakes within the motor...

I will try to get a sound clip later this week because I am putting the JB2HR on tomorrow so the turbos will be even louder....

Go read back through some of the other intake threads about this. No matter what temperature the intake air temp is it will still go past those hot turbos and heat up. It makes power because you are not having the restrictive airbox anymore....

NA motor vs Turbo motor. Completely different...

Intake air temp matters much more with a NA motor....

There has to be some benefits of cold air compared to hot air for intakes...Ocha did some testing on it, and a setup similar to BMS filter proved to have the lowest numbers as far as HP gained...it was even lower than the stock airbox...I am not saying his test is 100% conclusive, but I found it quite interesting.

Even O'cha said he wasn't sure he liked the test that he did... (i think)

Terry has proved that this intake makes power, plus once you get going it utilizes the stock snorkel as well....
