FS: 18" Apex EC7's hyper silver and other stuff

Hello, I have a set of Apex EC-7's in Hyper Silver finish.
Wheels have been purchased new through Apex and I still have the receipt. Overall in good condition, no curbs, not bent.
Only mounted on for about 10,000 miles before I got new wheels.
The wheel specs are 18x9.5 +22 18x10.5 +27 (M3 offsets) 235/40/18 265/35/18 tires wrapped in Hankook Ventus v12s.
Does not come with TPMS sensors.
Still have good tread but the rears will need to be replaced soon.
$1300 with tires but I'm open to offers.
No low ballers please.
Located in Millbrae. You're welcome to come by and check it out if you want.

JB4 with USB cable for sale - $400
VRSF charge pipe (missing one of the silicon/rubber inserts, you would need to call VRSF and ask for replacement) - $120
LCI M tech bumper CF lip (Lip doesn't fit flush with my bumper as the previous owner messed up the bottom of the bumper pretty bad, has scratches on the bottom but not noticeable except on the bottom, purchased from Sonic Tuning) - $200 firm

You can look at all the pictures here.

What car was this mounted on? Will it rub on stock E90 LCI?

Car was mounted on E90 LCI. No, it will not rub if you're on stock suspension. However, it will rub if you're lowered so you'll need to roll/trim your fenders.

Probably on stock suspension but you'll need to roll, shave fender liner, and maybe an aggressive pull to fit. The offset is aggressive as it is already. +25 would make it +15 and +27 would be +12 in the rear. You won't even need spacers if you want the wheels to poke out cause they do already. Also, you'd probably need to run stretched tires and that usually creates less traction for the tires.
