Transmission problem, weird sound!!

I´ve got a weird sound from my manual transmission (320 M 2006). I sounds like something is loose, it quivers, wobbles everytime i shift gears. Espasially between 1st and 2nd. It appaers even if i dont change gear, just by pushing down the clutch. Anyone, help... (Pardon my english, I from sweden)
