C2C/Broadspeed prices

Has anyone found that they've been able to use Coast2Coast or Broadspeed prices as a starting point and through further haggling been able to get an even better discount / finance deal with your chosen/local dealer? Or is it normally the case that it's difficult enough getting a dealer of your choice to be able to match them in the first place?

Very tempted by the 40i discounts...

Yes.

When I bought my last BMW, the dealer actually began by saying to me, "you'll have been on the internet so tell me what you found and we'll go from there".

Remember you are negotiating margins with several parties e.g. the salesman, dealership, the group, BMW FS, and BMW UK.

The successful deal will ensure that none of you are cycling to work on Monday ;-)

Or just cut out all the crap and go straight to TRL of a deal that doesn't need much if any haggling?

Exactly the same with me. They knew I would have checked online before I even started haggling!

Now you realise you want an M3 or M4 and not what you were really thinking of before you posted this question. Lol

Tony offered me a little better than C2C and was very responsive. My local dealer was better on the trade in. I would have gone with Tony otherwise.

Absolutely. C2C, DTD, Broadspeed, etc. is the starting point for negotiation. But of course, these discounts are being reflected in residuals...

I used Broadspeed to get a quote and then approached my local dealers. Not one of them wanted to match my price.
Emded up buying from a dealer near London through Broadspeed. Very easy and had a day out in London as well.

I used a C2C quote on an M3 2 weeks ago and the dealer matched it. I didn't take it as with the neg equity on my current car the monthlies were just too high.
