How can you tell Realtime Traffic is working?

How can you tell Realtime Traffic is working? I thought RT was working when I first got my 340i, but now, I don't think its really active...how to check?

Nav settings to the left of the map. Should be highlighted yellow and you can change it from traffic list or traffic view i think.
I too wondered if it was working 😜
