BMW Office not showing up

Hi Guys,
I just picked up my 2016 340 and I cannot seem to find the Office function in the idrive menu. I have looked everywhere but cant find it. I have a blackberry Z30 and a Samsung S6 edge that I am trying to get my emails and messages to show up but have had no luck. It worked on my 2013 335 with CIC navi however in this one with the professional nav I cannot get it to work.

Also cant seem to connect two phones at the same time. There is no option to have Phone 1 and 'Additional' phone like I did before. All I see is 'Telephone 1' under configuration and can only have media on the 2nd phone. Not sure if there is a setting or if thats how the new navi is.

Any help is appreciated.

Edit - I didn't get EBT so I ended up coding 6NS and now it works

i don't know the answer but did you get the Enhanced BT?

did you have the NBT EVO? outta curiosity when you VO coded it did you run into any issues?
