Just about to order 320i Xdrive touring but can't make my mind up over MG or EB? I've got a 320i Xdrive saloon in EB just now... Is it time for a change?

I'm going for 18" alloys this time also, although the 403 19" wheels on my current car are lovely to look at I find them a bit too hard ( and I've a wife who loves curbs apparently!)

Provisionally went for the 18" v spoke orbit grey wheels, just wandering if anyone else has this combo? If so can you direct me to pics? Quite like the ferric grey 441's too.

Definitely MG. Get the 403's again, if you can stretch to adaptive suspension you won't have any problems with the ride quality and with regard to the other problem, stop letting your wife drive your car!

I origonally specced eb but after seeing a mg f31 I went with that. I much prefer it especially if you have orbit alloys and sun protection glass as I have specced.

As you're buying petrol go for EB, MG suits a diesel

MG has never done anything for me, it looks okay when it's clean on a sunny day, but I like EB more because you get a bit of contrast with the black bits and it stands out more

MG is ok but doesnt stir the soul like EB, its a bit drab britain esque

Agree with this. Mine has looked drab as fcuk since I picked it up in November. Starting to look ok now a bit of dry weather has come.

I had MG a few cars ago, then went EB, EB and back to MG.

Next will definitely be EB as the colour looks better dirty or clean

My F31 is MG with Black Grilles, Sun Pro, M403's Blue callipers, when it's clean it looks great. A number of people do a bit of a head turn.

MG. Just an f31 EB loaner for a week whilst my MG f31 in body repair shop. Not exactly a scientific survey but got impression other drivers even less considerate than usual when I was in the EB

Having had eb for the last 3 years, I'm a bit over it and fancy a change so mg for me. I almost went for tb but it's only when the sun shines that it looks stunning, but it looks a bit a navy the rest of the time. If it was on the standard colour lust then I probably would have gone for it but for an extra 900 and delivery delays it wasn't worth it IMO.

I Saw a very shiny mg on the m60 today and it looked fantastic so very happy with my choice. I also wanted oyster interior and I don't think it looks great with eb IMO

Get MG as you already have EB. I think a change is nice, then if you miss it get it on the next car!

Another vote for eb, it's the only thing that's 100% nailed on decision for my next car. I see many mg BMW's on a daily basis and if they're clean they look great but a little dirt then they look sorry for themselves..

EB can look sportier - better contrast with black grilles etc- but with a decent set of wheels & an occasional clean (Rukka!) MG looks feckin gorgeous.

I'm biased of course, but the car does get a lot of compliments
