Just installed Arqray exhaust
Well, after waiting for 2 agonizing months for this exhaust to arrive, i install it the next day after I got it. Was very excited when it arrived last sunday. Installation was a breeze. Everything just fell right into place. This piece is a piece of art, very top notch welding. I was contemplating between this and the Eisenmann Meisterschaft. I was very glad to go with this exhaust after finding out that eisenhaus is a fake. Sound is not too loud. But with each passing day, the sound is getting louder. It has got a nice high pitch sound above 5k. I haven't driven it much, so I can't comment on droning (too much traffic here). The engine feels alot lighter to rev. I don't know if that equates to in increase in power, but the car sure does feel lighter. The only downside is the tips are not as big/aggresive as I want them to be. But that doesn't bother me too much cos I am more into sound and performance.Overall, I am very happy with this system

the welding is more than professional... its like perfect. so this is a full exhaust without the headers right? can you give us pricing and dyno?--i know its gonna be expensive and it probably wont yield alot but i'm just curious...

Yep, its the full exhaust without headers. I don't know if I'll be able to dyno it or not. The facilities for European cars in my city here sucks! Most of the people drive locally made Toyotas, Suzuki and Daihatsu. I have to drive 2 hours to Jakarta to get a decent dyno. Will PM you guys regarding pricing.

I promise you guys sound clips, but I haven't found the time to record it yet. I'll try to do it over the weekend. I have now driven it about 1000 miles and its louder than when I first install it. There's very slight droning at 2-2.5k, but its not annoying and not too loud. It doesn't bother me too much because I usually drive at around 3-4k in freeways. The sound gets really nice above 6k, which makes me want to rev all the time. But the traffic here is frustrating unlike in the US.
Yeah, you guys in Jakarta, let me know when there's a meet. But please don't held it on Saturday morning cos I work half day on Saturdays. E90 Agio, it'll be nice if I can upgrade my rims, but the roads here don't support to have really nice big rims, so I'm sticking with my stock ones. sakit hati man kalo pake velg bagus2. |
