NBT EVO OTA map updates

Last week my car received an OTA map update for the Texas region and I can no longer select a region. The little gear wheel is no longer selectable to change region selection.

Current map versions are 2015-3+ for North America and 2016-1 for TX.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?

Have you tried setting the region via your online account access?

Per the FAQ:
"Can I change the region for which I will receive Automatic Map Updates?

Yes, you can change your region in the menu under "My services > Map update". Simply select a new region and subsequently confirm the selection. Please keep in mind, that after the region change it may be necessary to perform an full Map Update with the latest available map in order to reinitiate the Automatic Map Update for the new region. Please visit your local BMW dealer for more information. "

I changed regions. Lets see.
