Should I go back to stock and sell my car?

I am having some regrets of not buying a 6mt.

When I picked up the car, I found a CPO with everything I wanted and only 13k miles but it was a AT.

Now I find part of myself wishing I had the 6MT. Should I go back to stock and sell/trade the car for a manual version ?

Or should I suck it up for a year or two and switch then.

Life's too short to not enjoy what you want. Sell the car and get the stick.

My only worry is the hassle of selling the car and then finding a decent 6mt.

I could always do the easy route and go through the dealer but then I'll lose a lot.

I have a 2012 e92 with 29k miles. CPO doesn't kick in until June and will be good for two years after that.

my 2 cents - it took me forever to find my black 6MT e92 so I understand the want, but my philosophy is don't regret the past, you can only change the future...enjoy her while you can (damn I wish mine had only 29k miles :P drive her man!) and then for your next car buy a manual...it's too much trouble IMHO to part out, sell, and just buy the same car with a different transmission

This was what I was thinking. Cause I bought the coupes to enjoy my early 20s I do plan to trade it in after the warranty expires to a 4 or 5 door. Maybe I should pick up a beater?

Put the easy stuff back to stock so you can put it in your new car, if you buy another.

Personally...enjoy the auto. It's still fun and potentially saves you lots of $$ on tires.

Lmao if only I smoked. I can't be the only one that gets that itch of missing manual. I love the car though, its fun and fast... just could be more fun haha. Maybe its time for me to buy a motorcycle again.

So quick on that haha. If I moved on now it would at least be to another n55 so I can migrate all my mods over. I would consider catless but it sounds so nice catted atm without secondaries + ppk + remus.

just wait man, there is no manual that would give you more satisfaction that the one you have right now with your mods, just time and money you will waste re doing another n55, not worth the manual, if you going from 335 to an M its worth starting over. blow money to take parts off and on might as well buy an m

Depends on how much the fun of the MT matters to you. I personally would rather have the stock MT than an FBO AT, but test drive one and see if you can justify it.

IMHO not worth it. if you really want it, convert your AT to MT if its too much of hassle selling it and worrying about loosing money or doing mods again to the new car.
