It does! Throatier rumble at idle and a tiny bit more noise under load but very unobtrusive.

I'll second that! I'm sure I also read that if you already have the chrome tips then Lorcan will send the black ones out as well as a freebie! (to help with advertising)

Yes they are available for the 340i for £289 per pair. They are not on our website yet so please call me to order them. They need to be spot welded on.

The silencer with black ceramic tailpipes and new skirt insert is £1899.

The car shown has our Performance pack:

Dual sports exhaust with black or chrome tailpipes
Performance upgrade 360hp with 3 year (from new) engine warranty

It's pretty hard to hear the difference over computer speakers but try this.

In real life it's a bit deeper and louder, but only a bit. There's only so much we can do with diesels.

Thanks for that Lorcan, I have a Glacier Silver car coming in May/June so the chrome tips would look better on the black deffuser IMO.

If you're fitting an M Performance diffuser use one from a 335i like the white car above, it's a better shape for this exhaust and already has the cutouts the right shape and in the right places both sides.
