Manual Trans Fluid Swap?
Any manual M235i owners done a trans fluid swap yet?
I'm curious because irrc the 1M required a 1200mi fluid swap from the dealer, and I believe the 1M GS6-45BZ gearbox is the same as the 235i. My car only has about 13k miles, but I am wondering if I might see benefits from doing a swap now. Car is not leased so I am considering it, unless someone can tell me that it's far too soon right now.

Did you notice any difference in the shifting after doing the fluid swap? Thinking about trying some Redline MTL

Are they heavier duty gearboxes in the N54/N55 cars or are the gear ratios just different? With the very low take rate on MT it wouldn't seem economically feasible to have a lot of comletely different trannies. But what do I know.
