Reprogramming Window

Just replaced the window regulator on the PS rear window of my 07 E90 335i. I've searched and YouTube-d and can't seem to get the anti pinch reprogrammed. What am I doing wrong!?

Have you tried this method?

1) Start the Car.
2) Roll down the window all the way to the bottom on the "defective" window using that windows own button not the driver's one (the window wants to stop every xx inches, keep making it go down all the way)
3) Release the window switch
4) Push and hold down the switch for EXACTLY 17 seconds (17 SECONDS IS CRITICAL)
5) After 17 seconds immediatly pull and HOLD up the switch to roll the window up.
6) While still holding up the button, the window should travel all the way up to the top, then travel all the way down again , and finally all the way up once more.

These are the steps from BMW:

Operating sequence for initialization:
· Move side window into lower end position.
· Press switch into "Open one-touch operation" (second switch
position) for approx. 15 to 25 s and hold down.
· Release switch, then immediately press into "Close one-touch
operation" (second switch stage) and hold down.
· The side window now moves to the lower end position and then back
to the upper end position.
Initialization is completed once the side window has returned to the
upper end position.

I got it to work! none of the above steps worked to the t, but in playing around this the switch on the PS rear door, I got a window ! symbol in the dash, which hadn't happened before. I then tried to hold down and when rolling back up it would go a few inches then stop, so on and so forth until it reached the top. Then it was fixed. Could not tell you how to get it to work, but seems like that error symbol on the dash was the only variable that made it work this time.
