Has anyone made their own 02 sims?
It doesnt seem to be the most difficult thing in the world. I was jus wondering if anyone has tackled it?

Wow, that was completely out of left field.
Guys, the point of this post wasnt to see who sold the sims, it was to see if anyone other then Terry and Shiv have a DIY solution. I just need something temporary for the next couple weeks. |

You just said Shiv has a solution so why not use his? Doesn't the PROcede have that feature?

If you want to make your own 02 simulator, it would be VERY VERY easy for you to do.
If you have a Mutli-meter handy, get under the car, and test the voltages of the OUTPUT signal of the POST CAT 02 sensors on the stock downpipes while the car is running. Once you have done that, all you will need to do is create a small resistor pack to get you to the desired voltages. You might need an OP-AMP or resisto pack depending on application. Will only cost you a couple of bucks and its easy to do. Its not rocket science. The car's OBDII computer does not read POST CAT 02 sensors during WOT runs, it only reads during closed loop 02 feedback. (it obviously reads it, but the readings don't have any bearing on OBDII). You can feed it a static voltage to keep it all happy.
