Does anyone have definitive information on how long various circuits stay on after the engine is turned off and/or the doors locked?

I've seen several statements on this and other forums that don't seem to hold true for my car ('14 US F30).

Specifically I wanted to know the timeouts for interior lights, 12V sockets and the audio system - both when the engine is turned off and when the doors are locked.

My experience seems to be that when the the engine is turned off, interior lights go off after 5 seconds and the audio and 12V sockets after about 10 minutes. However, when the doors are locked, the audio goes off immediately, but the 12V sockets stay on for their full 10 minutes.

What are the actual timeouts and are any of them settable?
