Playing music from I-phone 6

Hi all, I don't have upgraded satnav so my phone just bluetooths my phone book!! (2013 320i luxury) so as far as I can see I have to connect an aux lead to my earphone sockets, bit of a bloomin pain!!! Does anyone know if a snap on cradle will work to play music??? Or any other way via my phone? Software upgrade??

Iirc you need the extended Bluetooth to stream music from your phone.
I think this can be added without any new hardware. Look in the coding section.
