Lux H8 V3 Fitment question

I have Lux H8 v3 in my e92 335. I just bought the H8 V5 and I'm going to install them now. Will the v3 fit in my wifes 2011 e90? I can't remember if its the same or not. She does have xenon. Was hoping to find the answer here before I go out in the cold and pull the wheel off to look!

Does the wheel need to come off on the E92 to get the Lux module in there?

No. On e92 it is done under the hood. Very easy install. It is the same for e90 LCI. I had done it on an e90 in the past and I took the wheel off. It was a pre LCI and that is what I was thinking of. If you are thinking of getting these, you should. They look excellent. The v5's you can change the color temp. Pretty cool!

Thanks for the clarification.

I noticed that the time frame between between the H8 V4 to the H8 V5 was about a year and a half. Since the same amount of time has gone by since the H8 V5 came out, can I expect to see a H8 V6 in the next month or two?
