As I have found out with my recent coding, unless you have NBT Idrive, which is in 2014 models here, it cannot be coded.
So most likely no, unless they upgraded the European models sooner.

FWIW, I was able to play movies from my iPhone on my 2013, but can't replicate on my 2014.
