No scratches in the leather or the soft touch paint. No issues at all.

Looks like new.

Includes a new spring for installation.

Is this as simple as popping off the existing armrest and putting in this one?

The trim on the back of console is removed and two pins retain the armrest. It's a 15 min job to replace. This one just replaces the stock one.
